Senior Bussines Analyst (Demo Support)

 Overview:

• Understanding customer demands and creating solutions that completely address them – is a great part of company success. When demonstrating to customer our products we can clarify customer needs and assure customer that NetCracker solutions fulfill all of the requirements in the best way.
• Senior Business Analyst is one of key roles in demo preparation projects. He builds a bridge between customer business requirements and their technical implementation. Researching and modeling customer business domain Senior Business Analyst is a guru who helps the team to understand customer needs. Being oriented for major requirements and careful with details at the same time he is able to design and configure flawless solution.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for customer domain research and modeling;
• Be a coach for the team in questions of customer business domain;
• Design and configure business entities;
• Enrich demonstration with truthful sample data;
• Elaborate demo script with sales team and populate it with details;
• Participate in presentations for customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum
• Education:
  
  • Higher Degree;
• Skills and experience:
  
  • Good knowledge of Telco business and OSS/BSS systems;
  • Hands-on technical background;
  • Self-reliant;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Fluent spoken and written English;
  • Analytical mind. Ability to research the domain by himself/herself and model it.

Preferable

• Education:
  
  • Higher Technical Degree. Computer Science / Math / Engineering is preferable;
  • PhD is a plus.
• Skills and experience:
  
  • Experience in domain modeling: entity, data flow, process flow. Understanding of OOP basics;
  • Hands-on knowledge of formal modeling languages like UML;
  • Presenter’s skills;
  • Coacher’s skills;
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
