Job description:

- Being the main contact for all technical and strategic issues with customers,
- Making trainings and on boarding processes for new customers,
- Managing the daily relationship with customers (including solving some technical issues).


Who we are looking for:

- Knowledge and experience in email marketing
- Excellent Customer Service skills,
- Good command of English,
- SQL, HTML, CRM, Data Management & Data Handling procedures (incl. SQL language), basic HTML code, JSP,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Attentiveness to details and accuracy.
