Ukrainian IT company operating in the western market, in connection with the launch of new projects is looking for a specialist position in the
QA tester

Job responsibilities:

• Manual testing web-projects(functional, regression, ad-hoc, smoke);
• Writing simple automation scripts;
• Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper functionality;
• Create/update/review test documentation (Test Case, Check Lists etc);
• Participate in the development and implementation of test strategies;

Required skills:

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science (or equivalent);
• 6 months+ of experience in QA\Testing of Software products;
• Good theoretical knowledge of testing processes, methodologies and standards;
• English: intermediate level;
• Experience in testing web application;
• Experience in testing mobile application and web application on mobile device;
• Experience in design and development test documentation (Test Case, Check Lists etc)
• Experience in a review of Software Requirements Specification;
• Experience with Bug tracking systems (Mantis, Redmine);
• Knowledge of internet technologies including familiarity with multiple browsers;
• Quick learner with the ability and interest to rapidly acquire and apply new technologies;
• Problem solving skills;
• Desired skills:
  
  • Experience with some source control management system;
  • Automation testing experience and practical knowledge of tools;
  • Experience with DB;
  • Basic knowledge programming languages(PHP, HTML, Java, SQL);
