We are looking for an IT Support Specialist in Moscow, Russia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation and support of the Moscow office for NVIDIA. This position requires familiarity in working as part of a geographically distributed IT team to help align and manage the maintenance and continual improvements of IT services against Moscow needs. The successful candidate must also be prepared to travel within the EMEA region. 
 

Responsibilities:
• Support NVIDIA’s corporate systems and service environment.
• Develop, coordinate and drive local and world-wide support projects.
• Ensure compliance of systems infrastructure with NVIDIA policies.
• Optimize existing environment based on business and security needs.
• Ensure the overall reliability of services that NVIDIAN’s are dependent on.
 

Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience)
• Expert knowledge in Windows OS, Office, LAN, Mobile technologies (android, IOS, blackberry)
• Expert knowledge in PC Hardware
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment with good problem solving skills
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in running small to medium size projects 

Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of WAN, Windows Servers, storage, VPN, WiFi
• Experience in configuration management of operating system platforms
• Experience in Unix or Windows corporate management activities
• Fluency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g. Python/Perl)
• Understanding of virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, webservers and LAN/WAN environments. 
• Knowledge of OS internals (file systems, storage, process lifecycle, etc)
