Financial Controlling Manager

Due to our further development in Ukraine we are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fulfil the vacancy of Financial Controlling Manager Commercial Function in our Stores Support Office in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Total profitability analysis and proposals.
  
• Proposing action plan to the commercial function.
  
• Preparation and control of budgets and forecasts.
  
• Analyses of fact figures vs planned.
  
• Monthly/quarterly/annual corporate reporting
  
• Reporting and analyzing financial and non-financial figures to monitor operations.
  
• Analyze and prepare proposals for cost improvement.
  
• Identification of key figures and analysis of risks.
  
• Supports and actively contributes to the new projects where Finance department is involved.
  
• Supports commercial  functions for analysis and reporting.
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, preferably with focus on Finance and/or Information Technology.
  
• At least 5 years experience in financial controlling.
  
• Experience in retail would be a strong advantage.
  
• Good understanding of commercial side of the business.
  
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, SQL.
  
• Fluent English.
  
• Team spirit, creativity and good communication skills.
  
• People management and project management skiils.
