Duties:
  • Lead a team of 8-10 people
  • Lead a set of small projects developed by the team
  • Will have to lead following scope of technologies: 
    • embedded C and C++
    • JS/HTML/CSS
    • Ruby
    • Java for Android
    • Objective C for iOS
    • PHP
    • QA
  • As an integral member of the development team the candidate will be expected to code and still drive the team to succeed
  • Builds and maintains strong relationship with clients to ensure alignment with client needs, requirements and project management support
  • The ability to plan and prioritize your own work and other people's
 
Main requirements:
  • Strong C\C++ knowledge
  • Experience in Linux, embedded systems development, toolchains usage, sockets programming
  • Experience in POSIX, kernel level development, linux drivers development, Comm.interfaces (I2C,...), to be acquainted with DVB
  • The ability to motivate people
  • A responsible attitude
  • Good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
