Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Strategic Integration of CRM in marketing, distribution and customer service
  • Design and implementation of solutions in the area of Siebel/CRM
  • Manage and/or support of Siebel/CRM implementation projects in leading international clients
  • Execution of testing and user training of the implemented CRM solutions
  • Moderation of client workshops (e.g. requirements engineering workshops)
  • Enhancements of our service offerings and support of the sales process


Job Qualification


  • University degree, preferably in IT/software development
  • Excellent skills in the area of Siebel (preferable with certification Siebel 8.x)
  • Experience in large scale Siebel implementation projects
  • Programming skills (Java, C++)
  • Knowledge in the area of data modelling (UML, ER-diagrams, etc.)
  • Team player with high social competence and distinct analytical skills
  • Excellent English skills
