Job description:

• Providing 2nd level support to internal and external customers. Coordination of 3rd level support;
• Providing fail-safe operation and maintenance of USSD gateways, USSD application servers, USSD services. Ensure the target availability according to the scorecard level;
• Participation in improvement of the operational processes, platforms monitoring improvement, platform security hardening;
• Implementation and integration of new solutions for USSD services. Analysis of technical part for VAS-related products;
• USSD-related IP and SS7 network configuration changes. Hardware installations and changes.

Required qualifications and skills:

• High Education, preferable in IT or Telecommunication areas;
• 2-5 years of working experience;
• Fluent knowledge of English;
• Good Linux administration skills is a must;
• Excellent knowledge of IP protocol stack (TCP, UDP, IP, HTTP, SMTP) is a must;
• Good experience in writing Unix shell scripts (SH, Bash) is a must;
• Experience in deploying fault-tolerant platforms and / or services are required;
• Good knowledge of SQL is required;
• Knowledge of the principles of the GSM network and VAS-services would be an advantage;
• SMPP protocol knowledge would be an advantage;
• Basic experience in Tomcat administering is a plus;
• Basic MySQL database administration experience is a plus.
