This person is intended to develop cutting-edge tech platforms for business desktop integration with ERP/CRM systems in direct collaboration with world leading IT companies, such as Oracle, Microsoft, IBM.

Team Lead will be responsible for driving and managing of development of products .

Responsibilities:

• Managing development team (resource planning, allocation, load)
• Personal participation in the development process
• Supervising requirements
• Managing requests for changes
• Reporting project status to the program management and to the customers
• Conducting technical sessions with customers

Requirements:

• Product oriented mindset
• Experience of product development
• Knowledge of Win32 API / COM / MAPI / Outlook OM / SOAP
• Expertise in C++ and STL
• 4+ years of experience with С++ programming (Win32 UI/multithreaded/network applications)
• Experience with developing unit-tests is a bold plus
• Good communication skills
• Good management skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented
• Fluent English is a must
