·         You have at least 5 years of previous development and/or team leading experience;

·         You are Certified SCRUM Master;

·         You are familiar with Java and have previously used it in big projects;

·         You have excellent communicating and organizational skills;

·         You are good in managing people and communicating with clients;

·         Your previous experience in setting up SCRUM processed would be a plus;

·         You are the lucky owner of University degree in Computer Science or relevant;

·         You have good spoken and written English skills.

 ·         As SCRUM Master you will take responsibility setting up and coordination of SCRUM process in new team;

·         You will actively communicate with Product Owner on client’s side and insure proper cooperation between development team of 7 people based in Kyiv and Product Owner.
