Right now we are searching for a Test Analyst to join our team in Vinnitsa.

Responsibilities:

• Is involved in all aspects of the product testing.
• Mentors QA Engineers in new skills
• Interfaces with other teams/products for integrations.
• Writes Test Cases, Use Cases, Test Plans, Installation Manuals and other documentation (both internal and external) as required. 
• Setup and maintain QA testing environments.
• Handle and assist with customer escalations as needed.
• Tests one or more products or product components for regularly scheduled releases, consisting of new feature testing or product regression testing including verifying bugs fixed in the release.
• Enters bugs into bug tracking system appropriately.  Uses bug tracking system to document testing activities.

Required skills:

·         Microsoft Clustering Failover and Network Load Balancing Services

·         SQL – query writing and SQL tools (trace, execution plans, etc.)

·         Scripting – Windows Scripting Host

·         Strong QA skills, must write detailed test plans and test cases

·         Length of time doing QA not as important as ABILITY to do the job.

·         Experience with commercial bug tracking tools, Test Track Pro is a plus.

·         Experience with IE 6-9, WIN XP, VISTA, WIN 7, WIN 2003, WIN 2008, SQL 2005, 2008 and 2012 (nice to have), Java, VM, Networking, Client Server Products, IIS, Security, Voice Recognition Software, Server and PC Hardware/Configuration and Server Administration,  Cluster knowledge a plus

·         Experience testing commercially available enterprise software

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
