Position: System Engineer  

Key responsibilities include:  

• Analyze and evaluate software product fingerprint requirements  

• Design, develop, test and maintain software product fingerprints  

• Document knowledge gained for internal use as well as use by our customers  

• Actively participate in process improvement efforts  

Required skills:  

• 2+ years of scripting language development skills (Perl, Python, UNIX shell), overall work experience – 3+ years  

• Solid user-level experience in either Linux/UNIX or Windows environments (ideally both UNIX/Linux and Windows)  

• Understanding of good software development practices (code clarity, code testing)  

• Very good English language skills, both oral and written  

Required skills:  

• Understanding of UNIX or Windows systems in depth  

• Able to work and meet targets with minimal supervision  

• Experience of documenting own project work to the standard suitable for distribution to the (English speaking) customers
