QA Lead (gamedev)

Jobs content:

• Lead and manage QA team initiatives and activities (create and manage workflow of QA team, training activities, task assignment and distribution, control execution, development of rules and regulations)
• Develop and execute functional tests
• Retain records, including reporting activities
• Work closely with cross-functional units (Development, Game Design and etc.)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of QA experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a QA lead position
• Extensive knowledge and successful application of various QA tools and methodologies, including understanding specifics and implementation areas
• Experience with developing and maintaining different types of documents (test plans and cases, checklists and etc.)
• Experience with different incident tracking systems (Mantis, Redmine, Jira, Bugzilla, TestTrack Pro and etc.)
• Proficiency with technical-focused English (ability to understand technical texts)
• Good organizational and analytical skills the desire to grow professionally in the QA field, ability to successfully manage both personal and team-based goals and objectives, output-oriented, ability to work responsibly with minimal direct supervision

Desirable:

• Previous experience in game development, knowledge of the gaming market
• Experience in automated testing
• Knowledge of C++, Python
• University degree in Computer Science
