Join the RAD Studio development team, working on Embarcadero’s C++ Compilers for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.  This position requires an individual who has an intense desire to build great software development tools and technologies that improve the lives of software developers around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain functionality for C++ compiler front-end and back-end, linker and templates
• Implement new product features
• Develop unit tests for existing and new product features
• Develop regression tests for reported defects
• Debug and fix defects in existing and new product features
• Develop sample/demo applications

Skills and Experience Required:

• Object oriented programming experience
• Strong C++ knowledge is a must, experience in development with C++Builder a plus
• Experience in tool development, compilers and parsers
• In-depth knowledge of language concepts is required
• Component based software development
• Familiarity with software engineering principles
• Experience with unit testing and regression testing
• Knowledge and experience on Windows, Mac and iOS and Android platforms
• Delphi knowledge a plus
• Understanding of Agile development process is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good written and spoken English
• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. 
• Advanced degree is a plus.
