Business Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analysis of use cases and requirements; 
• Improvement and support of the existing solution from the requirement management perspective; 
• Conducting markets and technologies researches; 
• Supporting of implementation teams with expertise in OOB product capabilities.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in telecommunications; 
• Technical or telecommunications degree; 
• Good knowledge of telco markets and technologies; 
• Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems; familiarity with UML ;
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills; 
• Experienced user of office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); 
• Experience in requirement management tools usage (knowledge of RequisitePro is a plus); 
• Good understanding of basic OOP principles (Java); 
• Good understanding of databases and query languages (Oracle, SQL); 
• Solid technical English verbal/writing skills; 
• Ability to travel (occasionally); 
• Participation in OSS/BSS implementation/integration projects would be a plus.
