Our client, an international FMCG Company, is searching for SAP Project Manager.
 

General definition:

 
Drive SAP solutions implementations for all Commercial Units within Ukraine
 

Main responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Partner, communicating with Functional managers, advising solution development
• Coordination of work among local and foreign members, communications with suppliers of SAP
• Definition of business functional and technical requirements; assessment of operational and business benefits of proposed solutions
• Define integration models with counterparts (warehouses, customers) by means of SAP XI and relevant software
• Manage data migration from Navision to SAP
• Ensuring legal and accounting compliance and integrity across established SAP back-end landscape
• Group standards adoption, establishing unified SAP Landscape by removing Legacy applications
• Ensuring that ongoing and coming projects are properly documented, approved and budgeted
• Incidents and Problem Management for SAP and Legacy
• Reporting Project statuses and Support/Maintenance activities to IT Manager and Business Management
• Provision of technical and user documentation for system procedures/business processes
• Manage user authorization in relevant SAP modules
• User training
• Maintenance of existing applications (Navision, SFA, MS SQL Server, etc)

 
Main requirements:

• 3 years experience in SAP Landscape, participation in SAP Projects as an Analyst or Project Manager
• Knowledge of SAP Modules (FI/CO/MM/SD), SAP XI, XML, relevant techniques
• Knowledge of Ukrainian accounting standards, IFRS;  ABAP is a plus
• Good working knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills
