The role is responsible for operation and development of Deloitte CIS IT Infrastructure which includes data centers, servers’ hardware and software, storages, WAN and LAN networks etc.

Key responsibilities:

• IT infrastructure operation across CIS countries: ensure service availability and meeting SLAs, backup, monitoring, maintenance, change management.
• Plan, design, implement IT infrastructure projects to support business and technical needs.
• Research potential technology solutions and create business cases for any proposed technology.
• Team management.
• Vendors and 3rd parties management
• Budgeting

Requriements:

• Proven experience in leading an IT Infrastructure function
• Strong organization, interpersonal, analytical, and technical skills, ability to develop and follow procedures, advanced problem solving skills.
• Proven operating or/and deployment experience with key Microsoft products (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, SQL, PKI, System Center); WAN and LAN networks (switches, routers, firewalls from Cisco, Nortel/Avaya, Checkpoint etc); virtualization (VMWare or MS Hyper-V); VoIP technologies; data storage equipment.
• High Information Security expertise
• Good knowledge of ITSM best practices .
• Strong team player, ability to meet deadlines and to adjust to changing priorities, good people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skill, ability to communicate at all levels
• Advanced English level.
