Responsibilities:
 

Support for traiders' applications (25% to 50%):

•  Check processes and communicate with users to advise them when problems are raised and resolved
•  Write documentation of Tactical processes in order to transfer to IT industrial teams
•  Answers to user questions on Tactical applications
•  Interact with IT support and development teams when problems need their intervention

Development (50% to 75%):

•  Takes part in Tactical developments (new applications, new risk analysis, new trade capture solutions) * Improves the release process for tactical software
•  Improves existing processes in order to reduce support time

Requirements:

• Solid academic background
  
• Good knowledge of VBA Excel, professional experience would be a plus
• Knowledge of SQL
• Autonomy, reliability, availability
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Rigorous and able to work under pressure
• Result oriented, creative thinker and continuous learner
• Able to work independently with high level guidance
• Understanding of Investment Banking area and Front to Back processes
  
• Fluent in English and Russian, knowledge of French would be a plus
