 Requirements:

·         BA or MS degree in IT, applied math or other technical-oriented education;

·         Worked on positions of System Administrator and Information Security Engineer in software product companies or IT departments of large corporations;

·         3+ years of experience in system administration of Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL Server, etc.;

·         Experience in hardware configuration and administration;

·         Strong knowledge of common technologies, protocols, services, networks, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, Packet Filtering firewalls, Application Layer Firewalls, IPSEC/SSL VPNs, DNS, DNSSEC, IPv6, MPLS, etc.);

·         Knowledge and experience of implementation of information security policies;

·         Ability to review and provide improvements for IT infrastructure and deployment process;

·         Minimum intermediate level of written and spoken English;

·         Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills, self-education and fast-education abilities;

·         Friendly & communicative, good social skills, team-player;

Will be a big plus:

·         Experience in web application development;

·         Basic familiarity with web application security assessments (e.g., exploiting web app vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), parameter tampering, CSRF, session hijacking, vulnerabilities present in business logic, etc.);

·         General understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic systems (including key management);

·         Familiarity with common security tools;

·         Vulnerability assessments (i.e., network vulnerability scanning), network penetration testing activities;

·         Application Layer vulnerability assessments;

·         Industry recognized certifications in security (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.);

Responsibilities:

·         Work amongst a team of highly skilled software development professionals to conduct security assessments of products including hands-on penetration testing and vulnerability assessments at both the network layer and the application layers;

·         Enabling and supporting business continuity by implementing monitoring, backup and disaster recovery solutions;

·         Particular system administration tasks include the following:

          - IT Infrastructure planning and setup;

          - Renewing security certificates, passwords, managing security policies;

          - Logs analysis;

          - Files and MS SQL DB backups;

          - Monitoring state of production servers;

          - Implement high availability, scalability and disaster recovery in production environment;

          - Fix hardware and software problems;

          - Research, integration and deployment of new applications etc.;

·         Optional responsibilities includes identification of vulnerabilities present in applications through source code review, assisting with security architecture development and system documentation, exposure to various authentication and authorization systems including those related to public key infrastructures (PKI), detective and preventative controls such as intrusion detection systems (IDS) and intrusion prevention systems (IPS), web application firewalls, packet filtering firewalls, and application layer gateways.
