Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Strong understanding of OOP principals, general (GoF) and enterprise design patterns
• Strong J2SE experience
• Good J2EE experience (Web Services, ORM frameworks, Spring framework,  Application Servers, etc.)
• Good knowledge of relational databases (at least one of following: MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, Sybase)
• Nice to have good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript core + JS libraries like JQuesy, Prototype, Servlets, JSP, JSF)
• Strong analytical skills, including gathering, compiling, and documenting system and technical requirements and writing specifications
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communications skills

Responsibilities:

• Partially participate in requirements gathering by working closely with onshore technology team, business users.
• Design and develop system components, with responsibilities for the full development life cycle.
• Actively participate in the global development process, contribute to knowledge base, suggest process improvements.
