We search for Technology Consultant with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Job Purpose

Provide consulting to Production Team/Delivery and consulting projects execution related to enterprise technologies (ECM, DMS, BPM, MDM and related). Participate in consulting pre-sales and consulting projects as technology consultant, covering solution and enterprise architecture aspects. Lead implementation projects and coach engineering teams. Manage expectation and relationships with clients. Understand client situation, design solution options, and collaborate with client to select solution. Deliver business results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Approach the client. Negotiate relationships. Develop relationships with client stakeholders. Provide project scoping, planning and estimation
• Visualize Success. Build project vision and effectively communicate it with client, help client to look for alternatives to find ultimate solution
• Understand client. Develop trust and cooperation, perform interviews and facilitate work sessions.
• Design solution options. Optimize solution for client needs. Make solution practical and affordable, standard-based and maintainable.
• Collaborate to select solution. Help clients discover the best solution for themselves. By performing consultative role with excellence, present clients with the appropriate options and prepare them to make informed selections. Have great presentation skills; be able to present information without “death by PowerPoint”.
• Deliver business results. Deliver a complete solution. It must be secure, usable, maintainable, documented. Train users. Test client satisfaction. Measure results against the vision. Document acceptance.
• Keep track on evolution of enterprise technologies trends. Participate in evaluation and research projects. Continuously improve professional skills breadth and depth.

Experience:

• Industrial experience in Enterprise technologies, implementing corporate information systems from scratch, maintenance of such systems
• Solution Architect experience, technology leading of solution implementations (being at any IT management role is a plus)System integration experience, understanding EAI and SOA principles. Practical ESB implementation is a plus.
• Understanding modern enterprise IT architecture systems (Enterprise Content Management, Document Management, Master Data Management, Business Process Management, Workflow Automation)
• At least 3 years software development experience and strong knowledge of Java, NET. Ro any other technology stack (wider experience with multiple technologies is a plus)
• RDBMS design and maintenance experience, SQL knowledge on any platform
• Understanding of SDLC (Iterative, RUP, Agile)
• Understanding of world IT markets and technologies trends
• Understanding of general management and research project management

Education:

• Master degree in Computer Science or similar
• Business, marketing, management education (Desirable)
