Position: Staff Product Developer 

 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Work on the Customer Engineering Program Management Office (CE PMO) team that focuses on Process and Compliance across the ESM R&D team to standardize, improve/streamline and ensure compliance. 
• Responsible for working with the Software (SW) Capitalization Forecast lead (who is located in the US central time zone) to: 
  
  • Support and maintain existing SW Capitalization Forecast Excel-based tools 
  • Identify gaps in existing Excel based tools to resolve 
  • Work on the Long term SW Capitalization tool vision and enhance and extend existing Excel-based tools and potentially deliver additional Excel-based tools or move to another technology. 
  • Develop and Test deliverables 
•  Work other projects as assigned (such as potential Excel automation or other automation to streamline internal process)
   

Required skills: 

• Execution focused: Ensures high level of execution combined with outstanding due diligence and collaboration. Ensures positive internal Customer Experience and high Quality in deliverables. 
• Several years of development experience 
• Technical Skills Required: 
  
  • Excel VBA / Excel Macro - Design and creation of forms utilizing VBA, XML and Excel Programming 
  • Oracle DB - Design and development of databases supporting business applications. Hands on experience with database system and a good knowledge of the SQL language 
  • Able to generate report on our internal process 
  • Experience delivering in an Agile/Iterative methodology 
  • Ability to define plans with milestones and owners and execute to it, while managing and mitigating risk 
  • High attention to detail 
• Interpersonal Skills Required: 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Exceptional Listening and Communication Skills (oral and written) in a face paced environment in multiple methods (e-mail, phone, webex, IM, etc.)
