Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Head of BET to expand the business to new business partners (billing partners, market channel providers) through the solicitation and promotion of M-Biz Global solutions. The manager’s purpose is to manage expansion plans and schedules in specific regions and/or key account partners in order to achieve revenue targets. The manager may be required to manage a team of BET members to meet goals and targets.

Key Responsiblities

  • Lead BET members in finding and partnering with advertising agencies and/or direct advertisers to provide HTML5 advertising to be published through M-Biz Global Internal Ad Server.
  • Manage and guide BET members globally to located, contact and build business relationships with partners to include operators, manufacturers, portal providers, Ad Networks, and Advertising Agencies.
  • Work with other BD teams to create a value exchange business model to be incorporated into existing and future mobile game solutions.
  • Explore and developing the new business and sales channels for the assigned territory to achieve the team's goals and targets.
  • Review and edit marketing materials to ensure effectiveness and relevance to desire project.
  • Supervise team members to carry out mobile Industry market research and presenting/analysing findings
  • Manage and motivate team members to seek new business opportunities and finding new contacts.
  • Follow up the contacts found efficiently and regularly
  • Work along with the Head of BET in contracting with future partners
  • Conduct weekly team meeting with members of BET
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Employer's business

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above with good marks.
  • 4+ years related experience in one or more of the following:  Social Network Advertising, Online Advertising, Rich Media Advertising, Advertising Networks, and Mobile Gaming.
  • Good understanding of global market and mobile technology
  • Proficient at creating MS Power Point, Excel and other various documents.
  • Creative and willingness to try new things
  • Should possess leadership qualities
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Easy going, proactive and self-motivated
  • Problem solving and ability to motivate team members
  • Good communication and team organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Fluent in English, a second language a plus.
