Market Intelligence Coordinator.
Mission and Main Objectives:
MI Section Manager should support NMGR/NE Market Intelligence with conducting ad-hoc and milestone marketing researches, contributing to the volume planning process, support development and implementation of new tools for business analysis, lead trend activities.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage the MI Volume Validation & Forecasting activity
- Contribution in the development and implementation of new tools for business analysis, supporting the volume analysis process;
- Preparation of Segment TIV forecast (re-assessment 2 times a year, validation with headquarters and cascading internally).
Support headquarter MI teams for:
- Conduct ad hoc customer surveys (quantitative and qualitative) assigned by management following corporate guidelines, reporting research findings to internal clients and executives;
- Managing local vendors to guarantee quality, cost and timing standards;
- Representation of Nissan in certain syndicated survey clubs;
- Desk Studies as needed to support ongoing study of specific topics;
- Leading the trend activities in RUS (constant monitoring of open info sources, preparation of short-term and long term trend reviews on annual basis);
- Administrative activities related to market research function.
Requirements:
- Business school or University diploma in Statistics or Mathematics or Marketing;
- Market Research background on B2C quantitative researches (3 years min), ideally in car business (experience in a vendor appreciated);
- Analytical skills;
- Advanced data analysis skills such as correlation / regression methods, factor analysis, conjoint analysis, clusterinq;
- Experience in working with pivot tables/databases (obligatory) / SQL (nice-to-have);
- Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent presenter skills (English and Russian) (obligatory);
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook – advanced level (obligatory);
- SPSS (obligatory), Syntax programming (nice-to-have);
- MS Access (nice-to-have).
