Senior Pre-Sales Specialist 
based Moscow or St. Petersburg

The Senior Presales Specialist is a customer-facing individual who provides technical expertise across a broad range of PTC Enterprise and Desktop solutions to support qualified sales opportunities. Furthermore the Senior Presales Specialist technically supports our partners and trains them in our products, processes and sales methodologies. This person is expected to perform all the activities required to support a sales engagement from the initial meeting or demonstration through to technical closure and act as a technical lead in tactical opportunities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contributes to the growth of PTC’s revenue stream from Enterprise solutions through supporting and identifying new initiatives related to software, services, education and maintenance sales
• Presents the PTC product suite, and suggests potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer issues and Channel Partners
• Formulates, articulates and presents value propositions on how PTC’s solutions address particular technical customer requirements
• Acts as an advisor to others in developing pre-sales technical presentations and customized demonstrations
• Acts as technical project manager for presales projects
• Organizes and executes technical trainings based on the partner’s and PTC’s business needs
• Takes ownership of part of the engagement as a hands-on technical contributor
• Acts as local technical evangelist with presentation at events, article and blog publications

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, computer sciences or equivalent.
• Experience with Software Solution Design, Java programming language, web patterns
• Experience with operating systems such as Unix and/or Windows and databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with Windchill or PLM/PDM  and CAD solutions from PTC or other vendors Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• The proven ability to establish and meet milestones and deadlines is required.
• Must be willing to travel within Russia and worldwide
• Advanced English language skills
