Subject Matter Expert for our Partner Services Subject Matter Experts Team. The Partner Services PLM Subject Matter Expert will be involved in the software implementation projects of our partners, from analysis of end-customer needs, services business development support to implementation support of PLM solutions. The Partner Services PLM Subject Matter Expert spends a significant amount of time working on site with partners and/or end-customers in developing the best practices for leveraging the Windchill system. A creative thinker is needed for this position, who can constantly come up with new ideas for customizing PTC’s PLM products to the client’s solutions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support to partners on services deal crafting (sizing, contracting, value proposition, planning, staffing) based on PTC PLM software
• Support to partners on solution design and implementation, based on PTC PLM software
• Support to partners on project management and escalations, based on PTC PLM software
• Partner delivery quality inspection, based on PTC PLM software
• Clearly understands complex partners and client’s needs
• Develops relationships with partners and clients
• Delivers trainings/workshops and best practices to our partners
• Internal project support (Intellectual Property creation...)
• Support to other territories

YOUR PROFILE:

• University Degree in IT or Engineering
• Professional experience in PLM (in preference Windchill) implementation including Change Management, BOM Management, Configuration Management and ERP Connection
• Experience with Software Solution Design, Java programming language, Web patterns and relational database systems
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Native Russian and English fluent
• Willingness to travel
• Creative, Analytical, Autonomous, Listening, Reporting
