We are looking for experienced Developer/Team Lead/Architect to join high-tech startup invested by Russian venture fund as a CTO. 

Requirements Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience on Team Lead or SW Architect roles
• Strong experience  in SW engineering 
• Practical experience with SW architecture related to Linux, networking, C#/.NET 
• Good hands-on knowledge of C#/.NET
• Strong experience with API and fast growing systems
• Ability to create, review and provide improvements for system architecture, infrastructure and deployment process
• Strong Database knowledge (MongoDB, Neo4j)

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical/problem solving skills, ability to think creatively and proactively, to solve complex technical problems
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced agile environment
• Excellent documentation, communication and leadership skills
• At least medium written and verbal English skills

Your Responsibilities at Endorphin will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading technical part of the project - CTO
• Planning company’s milestones and being responsible for the execution of their technical part
• Working closely with other development teams based in Ukraine and abroad
• Taking part in hiring and management of the development team for the company’s projects.
