Ciklum is looking for Development Manager for the world's leading online gaming platform vendor – Playtech  to join Kiev Development Center on full-time basis. This Development Manager will be in charge of several teams (up to 20 people, mostly java developers) which already exist in Ciklum Playtech projects and develop backend management system for wallet and bonus transactions, player management, payments, fraud prevention, player acquisition, player retention, integration with external systems operated by licensees and governments through APIs for all Playtech products including Casino, Poker, Live, TV, Bingo, Mobile; as well as frontend solutions using HTML5, WebSockets, CSS3, JS, GWT etc.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Acting as a main communication channel with other offices;

·         Efficient resource (people/time) management;

·         Team delivery and quality management;

·         Direct management of Lead Developers;

·         Solving conflicts;

·         Participation in new team members selection;

·         Direct reporting to Playtech Country Manager and Playtech Managers of other regions.

Requirements:

·         Fluent in written and spoken English

·         3-5 years of project management experience

·         Experience with SCRUM

·         Strong communication skills, outgoing, ambitious and persistent

·         Experience in gaming or mobile industry would be a plus
