Large international company is looking for a specialist of Supply Chain Technology (SCT) Department.

Responsibilities:

·         Supporting  key SCT projects

·         Consulting clients regarding projects (1-st line support)

·         Providing problem resolution in cooperation with 2-nd line support

·         Providing Suppliers' Portal content management

·         Calculating charges for information services

·         Participating in implementation of applications together with technical specialists

·         Maintaining information about contacts and contracts inside information system

Main requirements:

·         Higher education (Logistics/IT/Technical science)

·         Professional experience in Supply chain / IT/Customer service from 1 year

·         Experience in using, supporting and deploying CRM-, ERP- systems

·         Good English (Upper-Intermediate)

·         General IT knowledge (Database, SQL, MS Office etc.)

·         Good communication skills

·         Customer-oriented and pro-active
