Responsibilities:

•       Drive the team, run the Scrum process

•       Analyse product backlog analysis, clarify of business requirements together with UBS SMEs

•       Track of Requirements, Deliverables, Progress

•       Act as a key knowledge hub for other project team members and coordinate technical activities and documents throughout the project

•       Control that technical decisions are compliant with approved system architecture

•       Own technical reviews

•       Develop good quality, supportable, well-tested C# code

Requirements:

•       Intensive C# server-side development experience 5+ years

•       OOP, OOD, .Net Fundamentals, Multithreading – strong knowledge/experience

•       Good in WCF and General SQL

•       Agile Scrum experience 2+ years

•       Excellent communications skills

•       Experience in application design and knowledge of appropriate methodologies (ER models, Design Patterns, etc.)

•       Team leadership skills

•       Fluent English

•       Understanding of financial services (preferably work experience in investment banks) is a plus

•       PowerShell and MVC experience is a plus
