Troubleshooting Engineer

Responsibilities:

·         Perform on-the fly diagnostics and troubleshooting of critical production incidents by request of customer support team

·         Identification of root cause and delivery of workaround/resolution recommendations  to project/support team

·         Troubleshooting knowledge aggregation and sharing, contribution to troubleshooting/development best practices

Qualification:

Education:

·         Advanced Technical Degree

Experience:

·         Experience with commercial projects

·         2+ years experience in developing web-based systems

·         Experience in troubleshooting of top severity incidents on production environments

Skills:

·         Experience in working with J2SE and J2EE (EJB 2.0, EJB 3.0)  

·         Deep knowledge of Oracle SQL/PL/SQL

·         Knowledge of Oracle 9i, 10g and 11g

·         Knowledge of diagnostics and troubleshooting approaches for J2EE, Oracle-based applications

·         Ability to communicate findings and root cause analysis result to the customers

·         Business-like presence and ability to interact professionally with customers

·         Ability to travel within the country and abroad
