On behalf of Celenia Software, the Ciklum company is looking for a Technical manager to join the team on a full-time basis. Overview of projects:

·         A long and short term features development projects in different MS Dynamics AX modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Project, Account Receivables, Inventory and Production.

·         Various integration projects which require using the latest versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX Technologies (AX AIF, Web Services, .NET Interoperability).

·         Upgrades and transformation projects. The projects presume data migration and transformations of the outdated Classic Client objects (Forms, Reports, Dataports) to the new ones.

Duties:

·         Organization of the work of the team,

·         Evaluation of the team-mates areas of knowledge in terms of in which AX area they are the strongest (based on the personal AX experience and knowledge),

·         Processing of the project tasks in terms of assignment,

·         Control of the work load and work effectiveness,

·         Tracking of the timing of each team member,

·         Meetings and discussions with team mates about the performance, timing, project understanding, tasks understanding

·         Supervising and guiding team mates to ensure their good performance and high coding quality.

·         Developing\Testing the AX-based solutions matching the specifications, with the agreed quality, and within or better than the planned schedule and resource usage, following the agreed standards,

·         Participating in determining the overall conceptual design, acting as an expert who influences cost-effectiveness, innovation and simplicity in design.

·         Analyzing requirements (Performing a technical and functional analysis) and delivering them to the team,

·         Creating documentation,

·         Participation in project meetings, calls with solution architects, clients

·         Providing customers demos

Required knowledge and skills:

·         Experience in team management

·         Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX (development or testing, architecture, knowledge of functional, technical aspects).

·         Experience with the latest versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, MS AX 2012 ) is a plus

·         Knowledge of the new development technologies (Web Services, .NET Interoperability) is a big plus.

·         A consulting mindset is a big plus

·         Knowledge of .Net is a big plus

·         Knowledge of SQL (administration and programming)

·         MS Dynamics AX certification is a plus

·         A good command of English

·         Personal qualities: an open-minded, communicative, and proactive person
