Mandatory qualifications:

• English at a level no less than "Upper Intermediate".
• A diploma in engineering, preferably IT.
• An eye for detail and consistency.

Desired qualifications:

• Familiarity with Linux, MS SQL, MS Exchange, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, RHEV, Citrix), Active Directory.
• Good writing ability in terms of using clear and concise language.

• Creating other documentation for enterprise-level software products (pricing guides, best practices, hardware configuration guides).
