The company is now looking for Recruiter for full time work in Lviv.

Your responsibilities will include:

·                     Recruiting, executive search and  headhunting of IT specialists of different levels;

·                     Salary benchmarking, market research and analysis;

·                     Communication with clients and PMs to ensure understanding of projects requirements and clarification of position details;

·                     Maintain relationships with candidates and build strong passive pipeline;

·                     Managing full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, contacting , interviewing, selection and hiring;

Our requirements:

·                     2+ years of proven experience in IT recruiting/headhunting preferably within SW development company;

·                     Working experience within headhunting  agency is a big plus;

·                     Good knowledge of Lviv IT market;

·                     Strong network of talented experts;

·                     Great communication skills;

·                     Basic understanding of major programming technologies;

·                     Good in English;

·                     Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
