Responsibilities:

Main job functions of the position:

• Ultimately responsible for plant IT activities thus ensuring that the Product is shipped successfully to customer.
• Manages the overall function of the information systems in the plant. Responsibilities include system analysis, telecommunications and computer operations. Responsible for coordinating the integration of new and existing systems.
• Evaluates the economics of alternative methods/proposals.
• Performs cost control activities, prepares annual budget requests and assures effective and efficient use of budgeted funds, personnel, material facilities and time.
• Ensures the operations and maintenance of technology and applications.
• Implement and maintain all computer systems to the Lear Standard Environment.
• Implement and manage Server Room.
• Providing IT leadership to the Plant Management Team
• Ensure a safe working environment, follow, support and maintain working practices, comply with all relevant HSE legislation and local policies and procedures.  
• Keeps up into operation the communications with the central computer, maintaining updated the security systems according to ISPM so as to prevent any breakdown that could lead to a loss of information.
• Analyses arising problems during the daily operative, putting forward proposals of improvement.
• Accomplishes Company’s regulations and policies, within the area of responsibility.

• Report to the Plant Manager and SSD Europe IT Operations Manager on a weekly basis.
• Subordinates:   2 admins/technicians
• Workplace address: Nizhny Novgorod,  ОАО “GAZ”
• Business trips:   possible trips around Russia and Europe

Requirements:

Experience

• More than 3 years experience in Information Technology.
• More than 1 year work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Any experience in management role with Direct supervisory experience. Experience in implementation of business applications (Payroll, Fixed assets, Time & Attendance, bar-codes etc.).
• Hardware

Required:

• XP servers, workstations & laptops, desktop & network printers,
• Preferred:Bar-code equipment, photocopier/fax/scanning equipment, IBM AS/400
• Software
• Required: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL server, 1C
• Preferred: DB2/400, Infor (SSA) BPCS, Shopfloor Systems, business applications (Payroll, Fixed Assets, Bar-codes, Time&Attendance, etc), APRC serve backup
• Communications / Cabling switches, hubs, routers, fiber converters, TCPIP protocol, structured cabling system, category 5 Ethernet, twinax, fiber optic

Foreign languages

• English  (obligatory at least on upper intermediate level- written & spoken)
  

Conditions, compensation, promotion:

• Probation period:  3 months.
• Regular work conditions (amount of payment): _67 000-80 000 rub.
• Social benefits: medical insurance.
• Vacation, terms, periodicity:  twice a year by 14 days.
• Sick leaves and vacation compensation:  according to the Labor Code.
