We search for Intermediate Android Software Engineer with strong knowledge and working experience in:

General skills:

·         2+ years of working experience using Java or other OOP languages

·         1+ years of Android experience

·         Spoken English

·         Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, MSF) and software development life cycles

·         Good knowledge of Android Framework (Application Resources, Components Lifecycle, Communication between Components/Applications, User Interface Components, etc)

·         Experience with persistence and SQLite

·         Understanding of creation applications for multiple screen resolutions/sizes

·         Design skills, GoF patterns

·         Issue Tracking (JIRA, Trac, Bugzilla, TestTrack etc.)

·         Version Control (Subversion, CVS, Perforce etc.)

·         Build (Ant, Maven 2, Ivy etc.)

Advisable skills:

·         Understanding of networking and Web Services

·         Understanding of concurrency, broadcasting and security

·         Experience with Android Testing Framework

·         Experience with Content Providers

·         Experience publishing applications on the Android Market

·         Continuous Integration (CruiseControl, Continuum, Hudson etc.)

·         Code Quality (CheckStyle, FindBugs, PMD, Emma etc.)
