We search for Ruby on Rails Technical Leader with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Education:

• Master degree in Computer Science or similar

Experience:

• Experience in RoR for 3+ years;
• Architecture of complex Rails-based solutions;
• Familiar with web design (XHTML,CSS);
• Ajax, JavaScript (Prototype/JQuery);
• REST API design;
• MySQL/PostgreSQL;
• rSpec, Cucumber;
• Linux.

Skills & Abilities:

• Fully understanding RoR framework;
• Ability to write standards-compliant and readable code;
• Team Coaching;
• Independent and proactive;
• Ability to manage own time effectively and work on many different projects simultaneously;
• Great communication skills;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate.
