Ignite UA, International software development outsourcing company invites highly skilled and experienced Java developer to take full time position. The purpose of the project is to create web-based software that can be used by merchants in order to compare the price information with the competitors. The system shall plug into customer website and scan e-commerce websites for the same products in order to compare pricing information and provide the reports to the customer.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Java expert with strong knowledge in web technologies, e.g. HTML and Java Scripts as major part of the work will be to develop algorithm for data capturing and comparison from web pages.
• The work will involve server side Java development, PHP development and Python development on Linux platforms. PHP and Python experience are advantages but not mandatory.
• Challenging project with plenty of research, responsibility to decide on architecture, algorithms, design and not just plain development.
• Work directly with the CTO in Israel and with integration with the web team in Ukraine.
• Trips to Israel from time to time are needed.
• Senior Java developer 4+ years of experience
• Very strong hands-on experience in web technologies
• Knowledge of different databases.
• Knowledge in BI, OLAP, crawling, DOM, xpath, scripting, unix utilities, regular expressions, cloud computing, SaaS development and operations
• Very good communication skills in oral and written English - MUST
• Independent and free thinker
• Fast learner, autodidact
