The position of Lead IS Business Partner has been created to develop key relationships with internal customer, to build an in-depth understanding of business priorities and to gain early insight into changing needs to enable customers to leverage value from IS services, capabilities and innovations.
Key areas of responsibilities: full IS support to the respected BUs.
Main responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with the customer group, developing deep understanding of the business, future direction, changes and needs and assess and prioritise in line with IS strategy and expectations.
- Develop and maintain the customer account plan, including accurate customer forecasting and demand planning, and effective delivery of the plan.
- Undertake business impact assessment, recognizing and acting upon risks and create business readiness plan.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and proactively identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Gain commitment to IS initiatives, using specialist knowledge to market established, changed or new IS services to the customer group.
- Define and draft system scope and objectives and translate these business requirements into design specifications ensuring that requirements are effectively met, tested and implemented.
- Proactively research products, procedures, and/or workflow needs and identify ways to capture, validate and integrate information to improve overall business process performance.
- Identify and resolve gaps between new and existing business processes and applications and facilitate implementation of new business processes and modifications.
- Liaise between the IS team and the business to agree on user requirement scope and delivery.
- Manage project / programme budget, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status to support effective decisions and project reporting to stakeholders and review boards. Coordinate status and delivery of project work streams. Identify / manage dependencies between projects (intra-program and across portfolio).
- Manage relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure the effective capturing of business requirements and commitment to project/program objectives. Responsible for steering / stakeholder meetings, communication of status, issues, risks.
- Ensure effective risks & issues management processes are in place and effectively used. Resolve problems and escalate as appropriate.
- Develop, communicate and continuously improve IS policies and standards.
- Identify, manage and resolve IS quality, compliance and security risks and issues and oversee resolution and reporting.
- Monitor security, quality and compliance requirements that IS products and services must effectively comply with. Comply with the Company policies, rules and regulations; participate in trainings
Required experience:
- A relevant degree in a related discipline and Computer Sciences
- Strong expertise in IS, Applications, Business Processes and a proven experience in Business Relationship and Project Management.
- Кequired expertise in IT and Integrated Assurance (IA) with strong Business Relationship and IS Demand Management.
- Over 8 years of experience within the IS area and preferably within FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical Industries
Required qualifications:
- Native Russian, fluent English
- Experience in a similar role with strong analytical knowledge
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with experience of collaborating and sharing information with business users and IS teams
- Proven experience of using a variety of different tools/techniques for business analysis purposes in Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality business areas with an experience of using a variety of complex integrated ERP and MES systems
- Strong business engagement and business acumen
- Ability to prioritise according to business strategy and relate IT solutions to specific situations and business needs
- Proven ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and vice versa
- Experience of Incident and Change Management
- Proven experience to manage the BAU changes and issues with our internal and external partners to sustain the operational IS Services offered to the business users in a complex IT environment
- Proven knowledge of SAP, AMAZON, HR Boss, Web Tutor, SQL, Share Point, Flow
- ITIL, PM trainings and knowledge
- Experience of project management methodologies with the ability to manage a number of projects
- Evidence of leading, shaping and developing innovative solutions that have an impact within the business area and organisation
- Experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines
- Experience of financial and budget management
- Experience of working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors
