Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• evaluating business user needs and system functionality
• planning, developing and implementing the IT budget
• responsible for all IT security items:
  • Managing all the security software/hardware: Antivirus, Firewall, Rights on IT system/application, confidentiality of datas, Disaster Recovery Plan
• managing IT project: Goals , Planning, Budget
• ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems
• ensuring that software licensing are managed according to law
• providing users with appropriate support and advice
• managing crisis situations
• managing the relationship between local companies and group affiliates and holdings
• provide periodic report on all key aspects of the IT Department

Requirements:

• it skills
  
  • Experience as IT manager/specialist 3/4 years
  • Local/foreigner  ERP: 1C or others
  • Network and telecommunications skills: TCP/IP , internet environment , telephony
  • IT infrastructure and IT security skills: Firewall, Proxy, Antivirus etc…
  • Database management: MS SQL
  • Familiarity with programming: C, C+, Java etc…
  • Microsoft network and office environment
  • Web technologies
  • Experience and developing reports and supporting a reporting

  • University diploma in IT, Technologies, Mathematics
