Responsibilities:

• Functional support of the solutions provided by the central / regional organization
• Selection & support of solutions needed locally / not provided by the regional or central organization
• Creation of Business Requirement Specifications (BRS)
• Support implementation of new solutions, replacement of existing solutions
• Maintain contacts with IT departments of suppliers and external customers
• Creation of Application Forms (covering request for change)
• Use of reporting tools, BO and ODBC
• Take care of roll out of new releases including acceptance tests, documentation and training of the employees in new functionality
• Pro-active and service oriented attitude with the right balance between cost and (expected) benefits for the provided services

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Masters degree in IT or Logistics (with experience in IT/ERP)
• Experience with implementation and configuration of ERP and BoB systems in whole sale distribution
• Experienced in creating user documentation
• Experienced in process analysis and process (re-)design
• Preferable experience with logistical processes
• Preferable experience in changing processes
• Good knowledge of basic PC-applications (MS Office)
• Preferably knowledge of WMS, TMS, BO, ODBC, MS Office, SQL server
• Affinity with information and communication techniques in general (related to the business)
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Academical level of thinking and functioning
• Good communication skills
• Ability to act as a team-player and project-leader
