Description:
As a part of company IT team, manage, maintain local infrastructure. Build and implement new services, maintain existent services, troubleshoot and continuously improve infrastructure.

Requirements:
  • Commercial experience on similar position 5+ years;
  • Proficient in Lunix/Unix systems administration, support and troubleshooting;
  • Strong expertise of Cisco networking, ASAs and latest hands-on models, VPN and IPSec;
  • Knowledge of LAN and WAN hardware and related software/protocols (e.g., Ethernet, ATM, Token Ring, FDDI/CDDI, ISDN);
  • Experience working with firewalls, routing, proxy, setting up VPNs, configuring VLans;
  • Experience setting up web servers and services from scratch;
  • Proven experience working with Splunk;
  • Monitoring tools knowledge and practical use, Zenoss, Zabbix, Nagios and/or other;
  • Commercial experience of networking and network auditing;
  • Expertise in virtualization, VMWare, Xen, other;
  • Knowledge and experience of IT operations: Change Management, Problem, Incident Management;
  • Working with Backup solutions, storage commercial use is a plus;
  • Microsoft infrastructure and Windows solutions, Active Directory experience is a plus;
  • Ability to follow company procedures and standards, strong documentation skills;
  • Great communication skills, client communication working experience;
  • Fluent speaking and written English.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Setup, configure, install services, servers and devices;
  • Maintain existent services, troubleshoot;
  • Improve configurations, bring new services to infrastructure;
  • Maintain company to client peer to peer connectivity, networking, performance and traffic;
  • Infrastructure, networking maintenance, auditing;
  • Document and work on procedures implementation for Change Management and Problem Management
