Description:
Oversee and manage Global Company IT Services. Develop processes, build SAs  teams, implement IT Ops help desk and support tiers. Work on Change Management, Problem Management procedures implementation and enforcement. Build and maintain client relationship with IT peer parties. 
Bring robust and effective infrastructure solutions to meet company strategic goals. 
 
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills;
  • Background in technical, IT, NOC and/or call center support on similar position 5+ years;
  • Strong experience in team building, department org chart implementation and people management;
  • Proven experience working with clients and building relationship;
  • Broad level of technical knowledge and business acumen across IT infrastructure/telephony technologies;
  • Strong Linux/Unix and/or Microsoft System Administration domains, background in System Administration;
  • Strong expertise of Cisco solutions, networking and VPNs;
  • Fluent speaking and written English, outstanding communication skills;
  • Change Mamagement, Problem and Incident Management, ITIL use and experience; 
  • Knowledge of LAN and WAN hardware and related software/protocols (e.g., Ethernet, ATM, Token Ring, FDDI/CDDI, ISDN); Firewall, Proxy, VoIP solutions); 
  • Commercial experience working with Splunk, Monitoring Tools (Zabbix, Zenoss, Nagios, other) and Web Servers;
  • Knowledge of hardware sets, Dell, HP, storages;
  • Ability to build Vendor and 3rd Party relationship;
  • Working experience in Budget Management, Costs and Licensing Management;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
  • Certification of Cisco, Management or IT is a great plus.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee IT Department and Services Delivery;
  • Support and maintain processes, documentation, escalation, auditing, communication and monitoring;
  • Implement IT solutions to meet the company strategic goals;
  • Build team proficient in day-to-day operational support of a production LAN/WAN, VoIP and other IT services;
  • Budget Management, purchase plans execution;
  • Auditing and security management.
