The Developer will be a key member of the Technology and Innovation Platform (TIP) organization of SAP. The Mission of the team is to: Create new SAP Technology; Accelerate adoption of SAP Platforms by targeted developer communities; Help SAP to develop and nurture a complete innovation ecosystem; respond and  understand future customers and their needs.

Skills and Competencies

·         Good knowledge of at least one of the following Sybase products:

·         Power Designer, ESP or IQ  

·         Advanced SQL and basic knowledge of relational databases is a must

·         Feel confident in at least one higher programming language

·         Familiar with Phython, modeling notation languages like UML and object orientation

·         OLAP and Data warehouse knowledge and Linux basics are a plus

·         Creative thinking

·         Solution and innovation driven

·         Strong flexibility and willing to understand and learn new technologies and concepts

Work Experience

·         3-5 years of experience of working with Sybase products

Education

·         Bachelor in computer science.
