Requirements:

• Good knowledge of PHP5+MySQL, understanding of the way the written code operates;
• Good knowledge of CMS Drupal, Wordpress or CodeIgniter, Zend Framework;
• Knowledge and command of such technologies as: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax;
• Good understanding of the object-oriented approach and the way it’s used in PHP;
• Ability to understand someone else’s code;
• Qualitative approach to writing a code, compliance with the coding standards;
• Ability to optimize both application code and database queries;
• Knowledge and practice of  any other programming languages, even if they are not your primary ones (C/Python/Java/Ruby/etc...) is another weighty argument in your favor;
• Understanding of version control systems, where and in what way to apply them (particularly, Mercurial) is also appreciated;

Ability to work in *NIX is desirable.
