Moscow office of Mirantis Inc. are inviting enthusiastic Development Manager, who will be leading team of python developers extending OpenStack to build enterprise-grade private IaaS platforms for company's customers. We need talented leader, who is willing to work on intersection of IT and software engineering, be passioned about open-source and not afraid of leading team of best developers in the area.
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage implementation of OpenStack components for cloud applications using Python;
• Manage team of python developers
• Lead full cycle of software development for one or more projects according to lightweight agile approach
• Collaborate with remote teams in Russia, US and Ukraine

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Experience working with Linux/Unix;
• Experience in Team Lead/Project Manager/Resource Manager position
• Good understanding of cloud computing domain (IaaS/PaaS);
• Contribution to open-source projects is a plus;
• Experience working with OpenStack is a plus;
• Knowledge of Python and Python ecosystem is a plus;
• Spoken English.
