International Company Intetics Co (a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, an Oracle QuickStart Plus Partner), a member of The Global Outsourcing 100, is looking for  Teach Lead .NET/C#

As a Teach Lead you will be joining our SaaS team to lead the development of Voice Solutions utilizing a SaaS model as well as working on integrations with web-based platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable architectural solutions for Voice, with emphasis on specifics of VOIP applications in SaaS and On-Premise environments.
• Creates technical designs, selects best approach, develops functionality using best practices
• Create software design specification documentation;
• Implement software design specifications using primarily C# or C++ language;
• Write and perform unit and integrated testing of the implementation
• Take responsibilities over parts of existing on-premise VOIP solution;

 
Skills Requirements preferred:

• Complete understanding of and expert experience with web client and server technologies
• Experience in developing distributed applications using .Net, C#, WCF (HTTP and TCP/IP)
• Experience in VOIP technologies: SIP, RTP
• Experience in SOAP, Web services(SOAP/RESTful), XML, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML
• Experience in building applications, using TCP/IP networking (beyond HTTP based Web Services);
• Experience in building web client applications using CSS, HTML5, JavaScript(Ext JS framework)/AJAX
• VOIP software programming (codecs, RTP, RTCP, jitter, loss, voice quality);
• COM programming on windows platforms to support existing software;
• Experience in object oriented programming design & development
• Working on at least one production-grade/enterprise software solution throughout its lifecycle;
