GridDynamics is looking for QA Automation Engineer to participate in development of Continuous Delivery solution for major US financial company. 


Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA team of 3 engineers
  • Analyze business and technical requirements
  • Conduct functional, performance, and stress testing
  • Work with the developers to ensure quality and testability of the system
  • Partner with engineering managers to estimate implementation effort and staffing

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on test engineering experience
  • Strong system analysis and quality engineering skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
  • Passion for innovation and creative problem solving
  • Ability to actively identify engineering problems and coordinate resolution
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
Desired:
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (Cucumber, Selenium etc.)
  • Ability to write quality code (Ruby or Python strongly preferred)
  • Experience with Java and Windows stacks
  • Ability to work with DVCS (Git, Mercurial, Bazaar-NG)
