Requirements:
 

• Min 6 years of  industry experience as Data architect with knowledge of data control processes and systems on Major Capital Projects, and of EPC interface management;
• Substantial experience in writing and manipulating databases (SQL);
• Depth knowledge of cross-discipline engineering data (requirements and use) including: business data model of engineering, spare parts processes, Maintenance Management System build processes;
• Knowledge of engineering databases, tools and document management systems;
• Good written and oral English;
• Management experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading, implementing, developing and defining procedures for all aspects of Data Control within the Project;
• Developing and delivering project data control procedures covering data validation and handover to Operations, based the Company specific data control delivery procedure;
• Preparing specifications for data (requirement, control, delivery) based on Company procedures and standards;
• Leading preparation and maintenance of the project reference data libraries/sets for each data-oriented application;
• Managing collection, integration, and validation of data from contractors and/or internal project stakeholders into central data repository;
• Preparing Data handover to Commissioning and Operations, or handover to next project phase;
• Preparing and issue data performance reports (status, progress and forecast).
• Managing services provided by offshore data support contractors (e.g. data scraping).
