Our Client, R & D Center (multinational company) is looking for Deployment Engineer. 

Duties And Responsibilities:

Day-to-day activities:

• Deploying RiskEngine components in UAT environments
• Deploying RiskEngine components in PROD environments
• Solving complex environment/RiskEngine configuration issues
• Keeping up-to-date status of environment matrix and documentation
• Tracking the dependencies on external systems and performing necessary updates to support such dependencies
• Act as liaison between infrastructure and project teams
• Act as central point of communication in regard to environment requirements for all stages of the project lifecylce

Strategic activities:

• Automating and controlling the PROD to UAT data refresh and any needed post refresh UAT data modifications/ script executions
• Automating deployment processes
• Automating data transfering processes
• Driving UAT/DEV environment standardisation across different development teams

Requirements:

• Advanced UNIX shell skills
• Advanced understanding of servers/network architecture
• Basic SQL skills and Oracle knowledge
• Basic understanding of Java applications
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Understanding packaging concept
• Good communication skills English is upper intermediate or higher
